Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of Copley Woodlands during weekend hours.
Being aware of each resident; noting their presence at a meal or seeing them in the building. Respond to any resident in need whether it is for illness or otherwise. Know when and how to contact the Site Manager or outside help. Record daily notes in daily journal log. Helping Hands as needed.
Available to perform dining room duties when unexpected events such as employee absence, snowstorms or unexpected high volume in residents prepared to dine in the dining room.
Answering all incoming telephone calls during the shift being worked. Greeting visitors and directing them where to go. This includes greeting walk-in prospective buyers and showing them any available units. Become familiar with the basic marketing information and present a packet to the prospective buyer. Being available to perform "concierge" duties such as appointment reminders and arrangements and package delivery.
Ensuring that the doors are locked in a timely fashion and that the building is secure.
Carrying the pager and/or the emergency remote phone at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years' customer service or hospitality experience
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to interact positively with all people.
