High energy, engaging individual to join our team. Using excellent communication skills, the Hospital Entrance Greeter will screen all visitors, patients, vendors and public entering the Hospital. The Screener will identify patients, log all visitors, provide masks, ask screening questions and take the temperature (forehead) of anyone entering. The Screener will provide directions and information regarding Hospital services.
1-3 Years of Customer Service experience preferred
Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the telephone.
Must be customer-service oriented, and approachable.
Must be courteous and cooperative and be able to handle sensitive situations.
