The Maintenance Department Administrative Assistant will support the Facilities Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hospital’s Maintenance department. Additionally, they will work closely with hospital management and administration, to provide leadership and mentorship to department staff.

This is a Full-Time position (PT available).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Daily Operations: Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance department.

  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies. .
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records related to Maintenance operations, including maintenance logs, cleaning schedules, and staff training documentation.
