Overview

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT, is in search of a talented Benefits & Payroll Coordinator to join our Human Resources team! The Benefits & Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the administration of benefit plans as well as the completion and auditing of portions of the bi-weekly payroll. The coordinator will be supporting both internal and external customers. Must be able to multi-task as well as work with a diverse and inclusive workforce.

 

This is a Full-Time position (PT available).

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of health and welfare plans, annual open enrollment, COBRA, HIPAA and 403(b) Plan.
  • Interpret plan provisions and requirements; resolve administration/policy issues and questions; and coordinate activities with vendors / internal business partners
  • Manages timely accurate enrollment of new hires, qualifying events, terminations and data transmission to 3rd parties.
  • Advises managers & employees on interpretation of plan provisions. Serves as liaison with internal clients and external vendors on benefit topics or employee issues.
  • Responsible for coordination of data necessary to complete internal, state and/or federal reporting, testing and plan eligibility.
  • Partners with Payroll to ensure accuracy of data.
