Supervisor of Rehabilitation - Offering sign-on bonuses up to $10,000!

Copley Hospital, located in Morrisville/Stowe VT,  is looking for a Rehabilitation Supervisor to join our team! 

Responsible for administrative and clinical oversight of multiple rehabilitation disciplines across multiple service sites. Creates, updates and ensures compliance with all department and service policies and procedures to maintain continual CMS readiness and Medicare compliance. Ensures staff compliance with hospital policies. Responsible for annual budget development and administration. Responsibie for rehabilitation staffing in accordance with budget and clinic site needs. Ensures staff performance assessment, orientation, training, and continuous skill development. Responsible for termination of staff, in accordance with hospital policy. Participates in long range planning for the development of Rehabilitation Services, and other hospital services as assigned. Actively works with senior leaders and all other department managers and staff to development and foster excellence in patient care, performance improvement and financial viability. Ensures the review and development of multidisciplinary rehabilitation and preventative programs in accordance with standards of care. Assures the provision of direct clinical services to patients in accordance with service needs and staffing plans. Participates in and or leads multidisciplinary hospital teams as assigned. Provides direct patient care as permitted by administrative responsibilities. Performs other duties as assigned. Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.

This is a Full-Time position (PT available).

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Desired: 2-3 years combined employment experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in acute care and outpatient orthopedics.
• Experience with Pelvic floor rehabilitation, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and/or Dry needling are extremely beneficial.
• BLS certification required within 6 months of employment. ACLS certification required within 6 months assignment to Cardiopulmonary Rehab.
