Copley Hospital, proudly serving the Morrisville and Stowe, Vermont communities, is looking for two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team!
In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep our hospital running smoothly and safely by maintaining critical systems such as air handling units, boilers, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure throughout the facility. You’ll also tackle maintenance challenges as they arise and take part in exciting construction and improvement projects that support patient care and hospital operations.

This is a Full-Time position (PT available).

Compensation: $24.63-32.60/hour
The posted salary range reflects base compensation for candidates with a variety of experience. An offer within this range may be presented based on experience.
Carries out tasks such as basic plumbing and electrical system maintenance, boiler system checks and preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems. General maintenance shall be a crucial part of this role to include, but not be limited to patching and painting, basic woodworking, various grounds maintenance tasks, etc. Shall maintain Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care. Shall have a valid VT driver's license with a clean driving record. Lives in the service area and must be in a thirty minute response radius for on call requirement.
License / Certification:
Valid driver’s license
Education:
High School or vocational school graduate.
Experience:
3-5 years of general maintenance experience in hospital, school, construction, or other institutional setting, desired.
Skills:
Ability to work/handle power tools, an eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of Federal/State/Local building codes, verbal and written communication skills & ability to follow directions. Computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Internet Explorer preferred.
