This individual would be responsible for the evaluation, treatment and education of inpatients, outpatients, skilled nursing patients and assists in the coordination of the Swing bed Activities program. Looking for someone to work closely with our current OT to further develop our outpatient and concussion/brain injury program. Splinting, ergonomic and pediatric experience a plus. Willing to train the right clinician interested in joining our team. OT is responsible for coordinating care with other disciplines for effective ongoing treatment. Participates in activities such as in-services, continuing education and Performance Improvement, including peer review. Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and conferences. The scope of service includes providing post-operative surgical care for patients who have undergone orthopedic joint replacements, abdominal surgery, genitourinary surgery, as well as medical management for diabetic,
cardiac, gastrointestinal, trauma, neurological, and respiratory patients requiring admission. Patients may be monitored by telemetry. Progressive care patients need close monitoring and frequent assessment, but who aren't unstable enough to require ICU care. Delivery of age specific, direct patient care. The RN - Circulator will be required to participate in an on-call rotation: Once a week and every fifth weekend.
Required – VT Licensed RN, BLS and department specific competency verification and minimum one year experience.
Five years OR experience, circulating experience and CNOR - preferred.

The Clinic LPN will provide general nursing oversight to patients during clinic visits, participate in in-clinic procedures, nurse triage, and referral and care coordination.
