The Stress Lab Technician will perform noninvasive cardiology tests such as cardiac stress test, including; Exercise Tolerance Testing (ETT) and Nuclear Medicine Testing.
Under the supervision of a site physician, performs various professional and administrative duties related to cardiac and nuclear medicine stress testing including but not limited to: patient preparation, including IV start and ECG lead placement, administration of exercise and pharmacological stress tests, and application of ACLS measures to patients when needed.
The Stress Lab Technician will be responsible for preparation of patient for imaging and stress testing procedures including patient interviews, and patient teaching related to the procedure.
